    Art & Story Workshop

    TUESDAY, MAY 20 | 7PM-8:30PM | in Crossings

    Come to this interdisciplinary workshop where writers and artists can move toward collaborative works that can be included in an upcoming gallery. Bring your sketchbook or notebook and we will move forward in creativity together. This will also be your opportunity to partner with another creative for the gallery show.

    We are planning a summer Art & Story gallery that will bring together words with art, artist with writer, to create works that are stronger together than apart. This workshop will help artists and writers connect and create together.

    Registration is encouraged but not required.

    Invite a neighbor or friend to join you at our all-church celebration to start your summer. This is the last day of Cream of Wheaton, and we want to encourage residents of our community to come to College Church. Food options include authentic Texas-style BBQ, hot dogs and all the fixings, plus desserts. Food is free for all guests and all you can eat for $10. Also, enjoy music, games, sports, inflatables and competitive trivia under a big tent. We will have an open house to display many of the ministries we have to offer.

    This summer, preschoolers, aged 4 and 5, and kids entering Kindergarten, are on a quest for God's Forever Kingdom. Each day they will play games, make crafts, have gym time, and learn about the promised King, finding God's kingdom and putting on the armor of God.

    Choose one session.  Both sessions are the same.
    Children must be 4 before the start of the event.

    Join the adventure as the Crew casts off and we say goodbye to summer. Kids will learn not to worry because God keeps His promises.  Then, enjoy one last hoorah with the Crew, a large inflatable and a dunk tank. Kids will not be getting wet.

    July 22 at either 9:30-11:30 a.m. or 1-3 p.m. (Both times will be the same.)

    Moms, we'll meet you in Commons Hall to enjoy time together with kids and mentor moms. We’ll have a short devotion based on the theme for the month while kids enjoy a snack. Come have a cup of coffee, join in the conversation and have some fun doing a craft with your little ones. We'll see you then!
